Where are you located?
We are located in both New York & Miami
Do you ship your products?
Yes! We ship all products nationwide. All orders are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging.
Do you offer pick-up or delivery?
Not at the moment!
When do I need to place my order by?
All orders must be placed by Sunday 11:59 EST (until sold out) in order to be shipped the upcoming week
When will I receive my order?
Our shipping dates are Monday-Wednesday and customers will receive Tuesday-Friday based on their location. All orders are shipped with one - two day transit options to ensure peak freshness
What if I need my order on a specific day?
We can definitely try to make it work! Email us 10 days in advance and we will work with you on a specific date for shipment or delivery
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! If you are not sure what to buy for that special someone, send them a gift card that they can use later!

Cancelation & Return Policy:
What is your cancelation or return policy?
All orders are final. Make sure to double check your order at checkout!
If you need to make a change, please email poptbylily@gmail.com and we will try our best to modify the order

Do you have a flavor guide? What is inside each pop tart?
Strawberry: Filled with our homemade strawberry jam, topped with vanilla glaze and sprinkles
Cinnamon Sugar: Filled with our brown sugar, cinnamon and sugar mix, topped with vanilla glaze and dusted with cinnamon
Chocolate Fudge: Filled with our homemade rich & creamy chocolate fudge, topped with a classic chocolate glaze and sprinkles
Cookies n Cream: Filled with our homemade cookies + cream filling, topped with vanilla glaze and sprinkled with crumbled Oreo cookies
Cookie Dough: Filled with our homemade Funfetti chocolate chip cookie dough, topped with a classic chocolate glaze, mini chocolate chips and sprinkles
S’mores: Filled with our homemade chocolate fudge and marshmallow fluff, topped with a classic chocolate glaze, roasted marshmallows and sprinkled with graham crackers
What is the shelf life for the desserts?
The tarts: 4-5 days, stored in the fridge. Can also be frozen for up to three months, wrapped individually.
The cookies & brownies: May be stored in an airtight container for at least one week. Can also be frozen for up to three months, wrapped individually

Are all your desserts nut-free?
Yes! Finally a delicious dessert that is nut-free (no peanuts, tree nuts or coconut)! All our desserts are baked in a nut-free kitchen using nut-free ingredients
However, our products DO CONTAIN dairy, eggs, gluten, wheat and soy
Do you use any preservatives for your desserts?
As if! No preservatives are used in the desserts. All our homemade desserts are freshly made with natural ingredients.
Can I warm up my desserts?
Duh! We highly suggest warming up your desserts to enjoy!
Here are some suggestions...
The tarts: Warm up in the microwave or toaster oven for about ~7-10 seconds (Note: icing will melt!)
The cookies & brownies: Warm up in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes or microwave for about ~20-30 seconds
Is POP’T BY LILY Kosher certified?
Our kitchen is not kosher-certified (yet!)
Events & Corporate Orders:
Can you do larger orders for events, such as corporate parties, birthdays, weddings, baby shower, gifting, Etc?
Yes! We love working with our clients to make your event even more special!
If you need nut-free or fun dessert option at the event, POP’T BY LILY is a great option to make sure there is something sweet for everyone to enjoy.
